The Friends of Appleton School raise valuable funds every year for the children at Appleton School.

Money raised buys valuable equipment for the school as well as subsidising trips and treats.

Many charities have found 100 clubs to be a popular way of raising funds while providing cash prizes for lucky winners. By joining the 100 club you can help your child’s school as well as having a chance to win cash prizes every month!

The Friends of Appleton School 100 Club is a private lottery and is open to all parents, staff and friends of Appleton C of E Primary School. Anyone age 16 or over can join.

Each month:

  • There is a draw for 50% of the fund. This amount is divided between 3 lucky winners

The fund is made up as follows: Each member buys a £1 number per monthFor example, if we have 100 members the fund for that month will be £10050% will be used as prize money e.g. £50 split into three prizesThe 1st prize will be £25 (if 100 members)The 2nd prize will be £15 (if 100 members)The third prize will be £10 (if 100 members)You may buy more than one number per monthYou can pay for up to 12 months in advance (£12) - this is preferred - or as many months up to 12 you can afford, or for one month at a time (£1) – if you choose to pay for one month at a time you MUST post your £1 in the office collection box before the 5th of the month to be in the draw.You’ve got to be in it to win it! If you haven’t paid your subscription - your number won’t go in that month’s drawThe more people who buy a subscription – the higher the prize money!

  1. Fill in the application form with your details, hand it in with your payment and you will be allocated a number(s).
  2. You can have more than one number
  3. EACH NUMBER WILL BE £1 PER MONTH PAYABLE IN ADVANCE
  4. You must pay before the 5th day of the month unless it is a school holiday.
