3. 16 January 2012 Closing date for on-time applications. We must have received all online and paper applications by this date. Completed paper applications must be sent
to School Admissions Team, Oxfordshire County Council, County Hall, New Road, Oxford, OX1 1ND.

If you are applying for a voluntary aided school, return any supplementary information form to the school but make sure that you either apply online or on paper using the CAP form. Remember, if you miss this deadline, you are less likely to obtain a place for your child at one of your preferred schools.

4. 20 April 2012 Letters offering a school place will be dispatched on this date by second class post to all applicants. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Parents/carers who applied online will also receive an email offering a school place.

5. 7 May 2012 Closing date for receipt of Acceptance forms or placing names on continued interest list (waiting lists).

Additional school application process for late applications only:

6. 14 May 2012 All late applications and those who have requested to be on ‘continued interest’ waiting lists will be considered.

7. 17 June 2012 Late applicants will be sent letters offering a school place by second class post. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

8. 02 July 2012 Deadline for receipt of late applications Acceptance forms and for placing names on ‘continued interest’ waiting lists. School application process for all (on-time and late) applications:

9. September 2012 Your child starts school.

10. Last day of Term 6 All ‘continued interest’ waiting lists will be discontinued.
